My complaint:
I ordered two pairs of shoes in size 12 from this site and I received one pair in size 11 which is too small for my feet. I sent pictures of both shoes side by side for comparison. Then DHgate resolution center told me that that is not enough evidence and closed my dispute without any kind of refund.
Suggested solution:
I want a partial refund of $65.00
