My complaint:
Never received my orders on February 17th. I contacted my local post office they never received or delivered items that day. They checked the tracking order and it wasn’t my address. So my item was delivered to someone else. I contacted the seller many times over issue no response but a computer message over and over it was delivered. I turned in a dispute request over the issues with the seller. The dispute people gave the seller the money and they one all dispute cases.The DHgate dispute team never gave me a way to contact them back about the dispute. It was like I was locked out from answering back. This is not good business treating customers this way. I contacted my card company and they told me to contact the seller or the dispute company. Never got hold of the seller. I know now I was scammed by this seller and by this company. And the dispute team scammed me also. So hopefully this is rectified. If not I will contact my card again and place a fraud investigation.
