My complaint:
I bought and paid for a 58.8V 35Ah lithium battery using top-grade Samsung lithium 18650 cells and was sent a 25Ah battery of suspect and/or old used lithium cells. When fully discharge and then fully charged the capacity is less than 25Ah. See attached photo.
Suggested solution:
Send what was paid for (58.8V 35Ah 2058Wh triangle lithium pack using Samsung 18650 cells) along with a shipping container to return the fraudulent pack. The vendor should be held fully responsible and accountable for the deception. If they aren't willing they should be removed from DHgate entirely.
