My complaint:
I chatted with a customer agent called Gel and he closed the conversation while I was asking for something. Is this how a customer agent operates???? Then you guys have a problem.. this is not normal.
Suggested solution:
Maybe teach him how to be nice to people and not close the argument while someone is asking something. This shouldn't be the behavior of someone who gets paid for helping someone out. He tried to shut me down the whole time and at the end while I was asking something, he just said bye and left. Excuse me but I am offended. I am already stressed and this guy just made it into chaos. I don't care if you guys fire him or not but I will contact the supervisor team. This is not a normal behavior.
