My complaint:
I ordered a necklace that said it would be 925 solid silver. It tutned out to be brass silver plated. I requested a refund. The seller supplied the wrong address. And i notified customer service. They said they would help retrieve the correct address. Well as I waited for them. They expired the time to return it.. but How can I return to address that is not correct. I notified them again and they said go ahead return it. They gauranteed refund. Once I sent it back they said the return time had already expired and they closed the case
