My complaint:
i have placed my first order on DH gate but very disappointed to say that i have received counterfiet product and the seller is denying that he sent me cheap product . i then escalated matter to dh gate already and they have closed dispute without providing me favourable resolution.
Suggested solution:
they should send me proper product or refund my money
