My complaint:
Trainers arrived they were coming away in 2 places plus after a few hours wear the inside of heel collapsed, Iv messaged the seller weekly sent all my personal details as requested but I’m ignored all the time.
I have proof of all messages etc
Suggested solution:
I now want a full refund as I don’t trust them
