My complaint:

First time ever purchased from DHgate order no : 3184205269 and 3184205660 .Item returned on my own expense back due to very poor quality and item not as seen on advertisement plus wrong size .I was told once sellers got items back I will get my full postage refund .That was in March 2020 I have tried reason with them contacted several time sellers dhgate customer service even emailed CEO Diane Wang nothing .Send all evidence in but Customer services just fobbing you off by repeating same over and over again with no resolution to the refund .Still waiting they now just ignoring me ….

Suggested solution:

Very simple as promised. Sellers got their items back they have signed for it to receive them .Pay me my postage fee back after reviewing evidence and move on case closed .Why they choose to do this is mystery really .....
