DHgate.com complaint: Never received product..it was sent bak to supplier and denying my refund!

My complaint:

I placed an order and it said it had been delivered well I never got a package and i have surveillance cameras to prove it and come to find out the UNITED STATES POSTAL service does to! They said it was sent to a completely different address..one that I had never lived in b4. So they sent it back to the supplier!! Once again I HAVE PROOF. AND THEY GAVE ME A REFUND OF $0.01 !!!! I paid $9.99! May not be a lot but it is to me during the covid 19 pandemic..while I’m unemployed and a single mother of 2!! Unbelievable

Suggested solution:

Give me my 9.99 refund for the item I never recieved!!
