My complaint:

After you pay for your purchase, they claim the price was wrong or shipping should not have been free and the refuse to ship unless you pay more. If you refuse to pay more, which I finally did after falling for it twice…the only ship a few of the total amount ordered or non at all. This has happened 6 times out of the 9 orders I placed in July. Customer Service does nothing!
