My complaint:
DFD came and turned on a fire hydrant i front of my home end of November. I get a bill with four times my regular (same for four years) usage for December, coincidentally the same month the hydrant was running nonstop. DWSD emails me back after I sent a picture of the running water on 127 that my meter basically is not attached to hydrant but then how did my usage literally quadruple the same month the hydrant was running??!! I want my bill revised they are ignoring me. Nothing in my home changed for my usage to quadruple except the fire that was running nonstop for almost two months!
Suggested solution:
Revise my bill. Compare to last four years and charge me fairly. That fire hydrant somehow was added to my bill. It needs to be investigated because that means anytime it is used I am being billed for the water ! I am 100%sure. No way my usage increased times four with three people in my home including myself . Absolutely no way! Attached is a copy of the photo from December it spewed out water 247 and suddenly my bill quadruples and no one will bother to pay attention to the bar graph.
