My complaint:
Water bill was paid online October 4th paid too much accidentally paid $10,597 when the water bill was actually $105.97 being told I will be reimbursed still have not received refund on my money and I am not beening paid interest on it have contacted water board serveral times. This was the Oct 4 2021.. representative said they would call there’s a changer command they have refund it should have been refunded Way by now
Suggested solution:
Refund my $10,597 back and I'm steady paying water bills every month it don't take long to send the water bill not understanding why it's taking so long to refund my money
