My complaint:
DWSD’s hired contractors performed a poor restoration after their sewer upgrades.
Their contractors’ backfill material led to major flooding over homeowner’s sidewalk. This increased flood has been worst because of their crude contractors who has failed to provide attention to detail.
Suggested solution:
DWSD needs to get their contractors to resolve the structural and operational aspects of the homeowner's landscape and mitigate the flooding on the sidewalk.
Their contractors need to remove the backfill material and added in appropriate fill material that had existed before that helped with the drainage.
