My complaint:
Hello,
A main water line destroyed my front yard which was fixed, but there hasn’t been any communication about the fixing of the grass. Not only has my grass damaged but also my neighbors. It’s been 2 weeks and no word! No call or communication about when it will be fix. This is unprofessional and an inconvenient.
Suggested solution:
Expedite the yard works immediately! It's been 2 weeks about to be a month. My yard and neighbor yards looks unappealing and not presentable.
