My complaint:
3 story building was broken in to and sloan valves and copper pipe was cut. Water needs to be shut off at the street as it is continuing to cause damage. June 10th this was called in to the water department and the water is still not turned off. This is causing damage and we can not restore the electricity until this is off!
Suggested solution:
TURN THE WATER OFF
