My complaint:
I opened a case with the water company in April of 2021 because sewage was backing up in my home and has consistently been doing so. I’ve called numerous times and numerous times I’ve been told my case will be looked into, a supervisor will call back within 48 hrs and the case will be tagged as an emergency. Its now November 5, 2021 and I have not spoke with a supervisor nor has anyone came to see the problem, this is a health hazard that is costing me problems and money.
Suggested solution:
They need to come clean and fix the sewage system in the alley so water and waste can dispose properly without entering back into my home
