McNichols, Detroit, MI 48235 313-270-2705 1122021 Re: 12395 Roselawn Detroit, MI 48204 To Whom It May Concern: I am writing on behalf of MLC Rentals, LLC, the company which owns the property at 12395 Roselawn, Detroit, MI 48204. We have been diligent to get water services at our property since September 2020 and the representatives have not been able to complete our request. On the first appointment in October 2020, they couldn’t find the stop box and told us that someone else would be out to repair it, and never showed. So, we called back in December 2020 and tried to explain that the stop box was in the back of the house, not the front. But the representative just made a meter appointment and said the water was on in the system scheduling a meter appointment for January 6, 2021. Only to come out to tell us the stop box need repairing, We called back the following day to speak with a supervisor and was told that a supervisor wasn’t available they had to put in a request for one to contact us within 24-48 hours never got called back. Made another attempt to call Friday the representative put in another request and told us to call back Monday and we should have an update still nothing no call from the supervisor or no update about the services being turned on. We have a new move-in that was scheduled to move on January 1, 2021, and can’t because they don’t have water. Why do we have to wait nearly six months to get water on Your consideration is greatly appreciated in the above matters. Regards, Steve Hagerman, Pres.
