My complaint:
I filed and complaint – online- that I was getting low water pressure. (13430939) Workers came out, Sunday, September 18 around 10:00 am. There was a water main leak. They shut the water off to begin repairs. I live on Rutherford (Between Diversity and Majestic)-7475 Rutherford. No one notified the people in our block that the water was to be shut off. I felt very bad about this because I had my two granddaughters that weekend-one was sick! I drove down to the next block and asked the worker why they did not notify us that the water was to be shut off – so I could run some water in buckets or bathtub. He told me that the water was not off in my block because his diagram said the water was off only between Diversity Tireman. I told him that was not true. He came down to our block and checked the fire hydrant and notice no water running!! Water was restored at 6:00pm. Water department may need to update water main diagrams.

Water department need to update street diagrams.
