I have been having issues with water in my basement for almost a year now. I have recently got my main line done from inside to the outside alley. The plumber said that there is a breakage in the alley and we need to contact the water department. In the past 4 weeks we have had sewage and water in our basement. With daily attempts to have the the water department and nothing has been done. We are unable the use the bathroom, shower or any use of water in our home.
It stinks and is becoming a health issue breathing sewage and cleaning supplies.
Suggested solution:
We need someone to come out with a camera and not clean the sewers!
Can you please contact me and look into these issue we having.
I have contacted a supervisor and now unable to contact one.
Please we need help!
