My complaint:
I bought a Defy stove in 2021 February at Russells and in December 2022 the stove stopped working. Same thing happened with defy fridge that I bought last year 2022 from OK, it stopped working within 3months and the store had to refund me. Since 2022 I have been waiting for the stove to go for repairs but nothing has happened. The stove only worked for 11months! It’s been 4 months of waiting for repairs and nothing.
Suggested solution:
Come collect my stove for repairs or replace.
