My complaint:
My fridge is now 3 years old and have endles problems with it the freezer fan ceep on packing up and was repaired 3 times now and is broken now for the 4th time, i asked to replaced it and after a few times of calling the call center there was no action taken to send even a teck out to see whats wrong. After i explaned to them that the back plactic that is covering the fan of the freezer is burned black at the back. Will never bay any product of Defy again. I will also spread a word arround about not to bay this product to all friends!!!!
Suggested solution:
Replace my fridge, dont want it as i think it was repaired before
