My complaint:
I bought twin tub machine in 2021 September via take lot and it shows that has 24 months warranty now water is liking and spin is not working I logded a formal enquiry with service department at defy last month t spoke the guy by the name Mzamo he said I must send all proofs of my purchase which I did still today he hasn’t responded
Suggested solution:
I want defy to fix oe either exchange my mavhine
