My complaint:
I used to be able to switch between NFL games without having to sit through ads. Now when I switch, I am forced to sit through an ad in order to view the stream. I have missed plays because of this. The only reason I subscribed to DAZN is to have this ability as I cannot get NFL Gamepass in my country.
I am already paying for a subscription so why am i now forced to sit through an ad and miss content that I am paying for? I will not be renewing when this years subscription is up.
Suggested solution:
Remove these forced ads so I don't miss the content I am paying you for.
