My complaint:
Dazn wtf are you doing this is the worst app I’ve installed in my life I don’t understand how I am paying for a service that is supposed too allow me too watch the NFL abroad and you can’t watch the game for the beginning when I get home from work at seven in the evening surprisingly I don’t want too just start halfway through the game I want too watch I’d like too start from the beginning however I am unable too without spoiling the score of the game for myself also I don’t understand how you haven’t been able too allow people too download the games as the late game in the UK end very late at night so much so it’s actually the morning of the next day and as a student I have too get up at seven am too get my bus which doesn’t allow me any chance too watch the game before I leave however this wasn’t a issue with NFL game pass before you brought it as I could download the game and watch it on my journey however I can’t watch it on my journey now because I can’t afford the expensive subscription and unlimited data which means that by the time I get home and am able too watch it again the game has been spoiled for me it’s a very basic feature too be able use and am able too use on countless FREE streaming services such as itvx Which is better in every way expect the content than dazns service and the content isn’t even dazn and it’s the only positive to using this shithole of a service I severely regret buying an annual pass as I am now locked in for the year and won’t be subscribing again next year
Suggested solution:
Make some kind of an attempt too fix the issues I hope you can make the changes so I can continue enjoying the NFL if not I'll have too find a new sport
