Hello

I would like to cancel my membership to DAZN with immediate affect.

I signed up on Saturday for the AJ fight – knowing it is my consumer right to cancel within 14 days – I have been told by Conor Birrell who works for you, that I have waived this right upon signing up. Not only was this not clearly articulated it is also illegal – I cannot waive it even If I chose to – it is a legal obligation for you to honour this. I was also told that I cannot have a copy of the contract that I signed – I would also like this sent to me.

Please let me know the cancellation has been actioned.

Zoey, I also signed up to DAZN just to watch the AJ fight and I cancelled my subscription same day I subscribed to make sure I would not be charged for anything but the fight. Like you, however, DAZN’s customer service have told me that I set up an annual account that cannot be cancelled until I have paid for 12 months of subscription at £9.99 per month.
