My complaint:
I canceled my membership in May and I’m still being charged out of my bank account. I have not authorized additional payments to come out of my bank account. I will be contacting my attorney and FTC as this is illegal because you are not authorized to take money out of my account any longer. I am also reporting this is fraud through FTC.
Suggested solution:
Refund my account from the day of cancellation, which was in May 2023
