My complaint:
I constantly get the warning you’ve reached your device limit even though I am signed into no device, then IF I manage to get anything running it drops out and can take days to come back. Also I have now discovered that you cannot get a refund or remove your payment options to stop it auto loading your next subscription.
Suggested solution:
Make it so I can actually watch what I am paying nearly $300 a year for. I am unable to watch on demand as advertised
I have the exact same problem and they won’t do anything about it. Each time I contact them a different person replies and they have concluded that its a problem with my Internet however, I do not have this issue streaming or loading anything else. I have tried all the steps they have suggested I.e. using another connection/ device, reinstalling the app, clearing the cache etc. Nothing works on the app whatsoever yet they still won’t issue me a refund or give me a solution.
