CVS Pharmacy complaint: Very Disappointing Customer Service by Pharmacy Manager

My complaint:

The Pharmacy Manager, Rochelle Philips, adamantly refused to give me my 3rd vaccine DESPITE my appointment for one being ed by CVS. She rudely stated that my compromised health issue, Diabetes and being being 71 yrs old does not qualify as my being immuno-compromised. I showed her a statement from my PCP stating that I am in fact immuno-compromised and require a 3rd vaccine. If I made an error in filling up my application for a vaccine she could have allowed me to correct it considering since I travelled an hour just to get the vaccine. Unfortunately she did not. I am therefore left wondering why CVS would an appointment only to have the Pharmacy Manager not honor its commitment. It’s highly possible she declined giving me the vaccine because she was actually racially discrimanting against my being Asian. In any case, I am holding CVS liable should my health be further compromised in any way, including but not limited to, contracting the virus, etc., because I was unduly refused the required vaccination..

Suggested solution:

They should ly apologize and offer some form of restittuion
