My complaint:

It was 9:25pm, I had personal items, pads, tampons, enemas, amongst other supplies and didn’t have enough hands, so I had put it down ON THE REGISTER to grab eye lashes from the stand behind me.. When I turned to come back, the FEMALE manager was shutting down the machine and insisted I go to be checked out by a young MAN. I started that was embarrassing and she completely ignored me. So I walked over with my arms full of pads, tampons, and enemas without any offer for the FEMALE MANAGER to ring me out or just allow me to use the register I had already had my supplies at! She was done shutting that register down by 9:31, a huge rush to shut it down when the store didn’t close for another 30min snd had 1 other customer in it in my small town. This was embarrassing, inconsiderate and unprofessional for a FEMALE MANAGER to have done when it took less time to check my self out then it did for the new employee to check me out.. Keep in mind that not even 3 weeks ago, I was told they were no longer to be checking customers out and the self check outs were to be used only.

Suggested solution:

She needs to be spoken to and taught some consideration for customers as there was no reason to have not waited 5 minutes for me to check my own personal supplies out, I was 1 of 2 customers in the store at the time, with plenty of time til closing for a job that took her less time to do then it did for the kid to check me out. I got no apology, nor offer for her to check them out, given the supplies she was fully aware that I had to check out, it was rude. EDUCATION is needed on CUSTOMER SERVICE
