My complaint:
Using the drive through service would be better if they STOP USING THE INTERCOM SYSTEM. Every time it is used there is a constant loud squealing with system and makes it extremely hard to hear anything.
I understand in regards to Covid everyone is wishing to be careful, but there is a limit to it in regards to customer service. If a person is sitting in a car and there is almost if not more than the so called 6 foot distance they there is no reason to use the intercom system and just to open the window which is what I repeated ask them to do because the intercom system doesn’t work properly and the employee refused to do so.
Suggested solution:
In theses days were as more and more people have gotten the vaccine there is not reason for the employee to be arguing or refusing to service a customer and to be using an inadequate intercom system.
