My complaint:

Have had problems getting my scripts from this store for about 8 months now my dr sends it in and they put on hold then i go ask about it and they put it thru! Today i went in and asked for my script and they told me it still wasnt ready so i asked tonya the head pharmacist there why i had so much problems getting my sccripts she told me the there were federal regulations thta doesnt allow them to fill them and that was why but she wouldnt fill them til i apologize for being rude !!! She refused to fill my script !! So i went to the front and asked for the store manger aka mark ask we walked back to the pharmacy i explain what happened . So mark walked behind the counter and talked to tonya she told him a totally different story than what happened. I walk to the counter and told him she was lying and that wasnt the way it happened she told him that she had filled the script whichi salso a lye the script is still in process as shown in my pic
