My complaint:
This worthless store has messed up my meds so many times. I was, as always, suppose to receive 7 boxes of Toujeo insulin at once. This idiot pharmacist said she only had 4 boxes. I was told Saturday that I could pickup the other 3 boxes for the partial order. I went there and she said I cant pick them up til month or so later. That ism not going to work as i need to be in the Philippines and i need them now, Then after politely complaining we were called nigger. For her information my wife is Asian and I am white. If something isnt done with her and wd get our meds now before we go we are going to file suits on both her, this store and CVS Corp. Our parents attorney said if this dont get resolved now we will go to the Texas Attorney Generals office including Federal Division of Human Rights. WE are asking for corporate help no.
