My complaint:

THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE IN PHARMECY AND WHEN YOU CALL A REFILL IN OR THE COMPUTER CALLS U TO REFILL YOUR MEDS THEY ARE NEVER READY THEY SAY COME IN 1 HOUR I GO IN 3 HRS STILL NOT READY SOMETIMES I HAVE TO COME BACK AGAIN N THEY TOLD ME TO COME ITS CRAZY AND A WASTE OF TIME N GAS WERE N TEAR ON MY CAr n then they get snotty when you question them on the service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Suggested solution:

THEY SHOULD DO THERE DAM JOBS OR GET A DIFFERENT JOB !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My CVS is also awful. They actually admitted to my daughter tonight, when she stopped to pick up her prescription, that they don’t pay attention to the refill option on their website but wait for people to come in before they even start filling the prescription. She had ordered the refill three days ago, never got notified it was done, so went in. She waited for almost an hour before they filled it. Every single time we go, we wait for 30 – 60 minutes and get told the same thing — “it’s being processed now.”
