My complaint:
I went to the drive threw at 555 last Saturday night. I work and that was a the only time I could get there. The drive threw window was closed. I could see people in the pharmacy. I honked my horn to let them know I was there. I was picking up 5 medication. Instead of coming to the window. The female waited until 559. To say come back Monday we are closed. I’m disabled and couldn’t have made it into the store before then. I called cvs and they informed me that the can close the drive threw before 6 pm. I’m a retired police officer. You employee was very rude and unhelpful. You need to tell you staff that the can’t close the drive threw or any part of the pharmacy before 6 pm. This was thatcher rd in Gloucester mass
Suggested solution:
Tell them the can’t start to close early. Everyone that’s at the drive threw has to be waited on before 6 pm
