CVS Pharmacy complaint: Unethical double billing for a 30 day supply of medication

My complaint:

The pharmacist didn’t know how to calculate the correct number of injections. She was rude and impatient to the Aetna rep and me. I was at CVS for over 1.5 hours trying to get my med. She refused to partial fill. I get 30 injections a month; they only had 20. She said if I come back for the remaining 10, I would have to pay again because she CANNOT WILL NOT do a partial refill. I have gotten partial refills for this medication at least 10 times. Last month on 06/24/2023 I got 20 injections. I went back to get my remaining 10 injections. She said she could do nothing. I told her it wasn’t fair that I had a 30-day Rx but only got 20. She won’t do a partial refill, so I am stuck with paying a $60 copay twice in a month. Please retrain this pharmacist. It is illegal to keep me from my remaining 10 injections. Why pay 2 copays for the same medication in a month, 20 injections then 10 injections? This seems deceptive. This pharmacist just didn’t care. If she did, she would have been more willing to help. This pharmacist told me over the phone that she had pushed it through the system for me to get my remaining 10 injections from my 06/24/2023 purchase at NO COST. I told her I would be there in 3 or 4 hours. When I got there, she said she couldn’t do anything for me about the remaining 10 injections and that I must pay $60 for a new 30-day prescription, which ended up only being for only 20 injections that they had in stock. I paid $240 for 2 months of medication when it should have only been $120 for 2 months. I did a survey with a bad rating and got a phone call. I didn’t call back since I was upset and would have said something unprofessional.
