My complaint:

On December 16, 2021 I was charged twice for the same item. I am enclosing the bank’s printout pages showing my conversation with my SunTrust bank ing the duplicate charge. I went into the store in late December but was told their records did not go back that far. The bank advised me that this was a problem that CVS had to resolve not them.
