CVS Pharmacy complaint: Messing up dosage size

My complaint:

On three different occasions, today being the latest, the dosage of the prescription that my wife was notified was ready, was incorrect. Of course, since she brought the medication home before she looked at the dosage size and realized it was incorrect. But, since she had taken the meds, of course they won’t take back. Whoever she talked to tried to blame the computer for not updating the information. Also asked her to take one an a half pills, on medication that is not scored or designed to be cut in half. As I said earlier, this is not the first time this has happened. So we are spending, and in some cases wasting on money, that we do not have to waste.

Suggested solution:

They should have taken the medicine back, and given her the correct dosage, since it was their fault. About two more times of this, which would make, five times that I am aware of, we will find a new pharmacy, that will give her not only the right medication but the right dosage. You are not the only game in town. Just for the record, this never happened when it was Schnucks pharmacy, just since you guys took over.
