My complaint:
I have been chasing a refund for a product lost in transit since beginning of December and still not received it. I was told it was processed , 10 days later still not received it and now keep being told they’ll raise it with finance department to release my refund and still not done sick of chasing them.
Suggested solution:
I want my refund
