My complaint:
I have put 4 orders since one month ago and none arriving. The trackings said dispatched but none are really sent to me. 3 of the orders are said shipped but then returned to cult beauty
1 said dispatched but the postal service said still awaiting for items to be delivered. Different customer service been answering with non satisfying answers and sounds more like a bot than human. Terrible services! Please help solve this as i read there are a lot of people complaining on twitter and instagram with the same problem. Thank you
