My complaint:
I had 2 items missing from my $300 Cult Beauty adamant calendar. Cult Beauty told me 6 times they will post a 10£ credit on my account and they have never done it. It’s been 2 months since they said they do it for me and they’ve told me they would do it I talked to 6 different customer service people and each time they told me it would post in 24 to 48 hours and each time they said they’d resubmit it still no account credit.
Suggested solution:
Do what they say they would do and post the £10 account credit to my account in American dollars. They should also give me In extra $10 for the hassle of waiting for over 2 months.
