My complaint:

I have been a customer at McClellan Highway CubeSmart for several years I also have my automatic payment for my storage space on McClellan Highway for the same amount of time I’ve rented. I was informed on January 8th that my automatic payment did not go through. I contacted my bank and they’re sending me a letter stating that it wasn’t on my bank side that the automatic payment did not go through. I spoke to the manager at McClellan Highway who gave me his manager’s name a **** I believe she’s a district manager this woman has two numbers to contact her and both are filled with voicemail messages she has called me at odd hours of the day 7:53 a.m. on Friday January 10th to speak to me on Monday morning January 13th I have yet to hear from this woman I’ve spoken to a customer service rep **** the names just keep adding up today **** informed me that I could reach out to her manager **** and yet I still have not heard from him it’s 4:15. I want everyone to know that this company is falling apart people have lived in the storage spaces of McClellan Highway doors have been broken for months upon months and the place is also pretty filthy I never had a problem I paid my bill on time my stuff was safe now I’m afraid that they’re going to vandalize it because I did not pay and I have threatened to get my biker friends and boycott CubeSmart outside on McClellan Highway Cube smart made the mistake because of the people that they hire probably only have an eighth grade education and don’t even speak English I want other people to be aware not to go to CubeSmart. I have tried to reach someone for over a week and still no response. This is no place to store your things if you have a problem you can’t reach anyone I give this company a – 100

Suggested solution:

I would have before today January 17th would have paid half of the month\\\'s rent to clarify this problem.**** the district manager does not do her job. And if I have to go to court I will they\\\'re holding my belongings against my wishes because they have no idea how to use their system I think this company is falling apart. Right now I refuse to pay I\\\'ve been ignored I\\\'ve been pushed around and I am totally disgusted with the representation of customer service that is a crock I also have family and friends that have bought stock in this company I\\\'m sure now they\\\'ll sell. I was with Planet storage for years they are the best don\\\'t put your belongings and Get Smart!
