My complaint:
I am an over a year customer without missing payments and the manager is treating me horribly. I have tears. The district manager doesn’t know anything what she’s doing. They’re both liars and I need justice for what they did to me. I couldn’t imagine that these two doesn’t know how to take care of their customers. I need from the corporate headquarters actions because I deserve to be treated nice as their loyal customer. I don’t deserve to be mistreated and treat me trash. They don’t have empathy. I need justice and I don’t deserve to be mistreated
Suggested solution:
I need to speak to the upper head. I have witnesses.
