My complaint:
Rat mice infestation. I was told if I pay extracubesmart climate control would protect my grandmother antiques keep my all my belongings. Told paying extra the furniture would be just like sitting in my home. However when the movers pulled things out feces all over everything. My mattress boxspring was brown stained by something dripping from the roof of Mt inside storage. It also was on the floor.I WAS SO UPSET WHEN I SAW MY OVER 50YR OLD CURIO CABINET RUINED with not just feces but mildew on this Antique. Mildew feces all over my expensive black art other pictures. Manager says he had no idea. I was the 1st? However the movers told me to look around there were rat silver boxes all in corners even at the door. I took pics of everything and had to throw it away because once they brought it to my new home which was empty. I stepped on feces which cames from the furniture! I then opened my dresser drawers to find something has chewed up the wood inside the drawers pulled it out( I was so scared) feces and chewed wood. I took pics had to pay a company to get all of it out of my new home! This was too much that I stayed away thinking I may have brought those rodents to my new place! What an emotional experience. I’m still waiting to hear from cubesmart to file a claim or to see if the manager filed it after I sent him so many pictures. Unbelievable
Suggested solution:
Replace Refund monies for damages and wasted money paid for movers payment for paying some1 2get it out my new home. Emotional distress! I'm still waiting sleeping on a blow up mattress I had to purchase. Just make it right!
