My complaint:
I was terminated from cube smart storage .For un true reasons .But the real reason is because they never made a record of me moving into new unit that cost me over 200 dollars after I had just paided for my other unit .Then I was told that someone used my code number and broke into someones unit thats a lie because I had just changed my code number and no body had that number but me .I checked my payment history every month that I made a payment their all different I never paided the same amount each month it was different .And half of my payment dont even show up .So they have it looking like Im behind on my payment which I havent used that unit in over a month .I moved out of my unit already and I was due money back .My payment was not due on the 19th it was for the old unit .I was always harrassed .I got a call from them today why I dont know I didnt talk to them because they are liars and they cheated me out my money .So of course they want it to look like I never had rented that unit so they can get away with my money .Oh I was also told I was being terminated for putting lotion on my feet which it was medicated from my doctor due to the illness of my feet .I couldnt continue to stand on my feet without it to finish doing what I was doung in my unit .But how lame is that to terminated someone and I have been their long as I have .Now I see why they were always harrassing me because they stole over 200.something dollars from me .And told lies on top of it Im sueing that office asap.
Suggested solution:
By starting off giving me my money back for the storage unit they never made a record of .The U haul truck I had to rent and the new storage unit I had to go get I would like all of that money back .And firing that manger they have no she got fired before and they let her come back this time its even worse she should be fired again .
