My complaint:
CubeSmart is behind my property and they let people throw trash in our yards and they don’t keep the grass cut. We have proof cause we took picture when I called the store they said they would take care of it. Well its be 3 months and nothing has happend. This is makeing all our property look like trash and we have kids and animals to think about . Also they took part of my fathers property which i did not authourize. I have been hear since 1978 and 2015 when my dad passed they cut down my neighbors fence and mine and planted trees and but up a wire fence. I will be having a inspector to come out to do a survey. Again i have prove of property and photos.
Suggested solution:
they need to get their grass people to do there job correctly or i will be contacting the tv station regarding cubesmart about there property and how they actually take care of it to make it look nasty. I don't know who you guys let run this place but it is disqusting.
