My complaint:

I am moving into the facility on New England Thruway and just wanted to have a smooth moving day when the lady tells me I cant leave the door open, I’m explaining to her it’s just me by myself and she doesn’t want to hear me so I am forced to put in a code every time I enter. She was not patient with me and this is not good customer service. Date: 652021

Suggested solution:

They should fire the manager that works there. I paid my money to have ease of access not someone give me a hard time.
