My complaint:
First of all the new people taking over have no idea what they are doing guy calls me that my unit door was not locked properly to come down and lock it I sent my boyfriend who is on the account to lock our unit the man at the front who called me did not let him on the property to secure our unit he told him it’s not my fault you left it open it’s only 6pm we should have access to our units till 10pm he said they lock the gate at 5pm witch he never told me of when he called so now my unit is open and we cannot get on the property I’m so done with this location the workers our not professional at all no need to waste my money when my belongs are not even being protected properly if my things get stolen again I’m suing the company for negligence.
Suggested solution:
Hire people who are professional.
