My complaint:
John, supposed District Mgr came aggressively, and threatening me to my storage unit, DEMANDING FURIOUSLY THAT I MUST VACATE IN 24 HRS!!!! HE REFUSED TO SEE PROOF OF MY SERVICE DOG- A VIOLATION AGAINST THE DEPT OF JUSTICE, ADA ACT. I had been inside my unit rearranging boxes to prepare to move out of state. As I had previously discussed with Ashley who I signed the contract with on July 11, 2021.He SCREAMED false accusations and assumptions at me. I’m a 75 yr old woman with a Disability, this is ELDER ABUSE by him!!!! And- HE WAS NOT WEARING ANY FACE COVERING! As his anger escalated and he was spitting while yelling at me for nothing! My monthly lease ends on August 11, 2021. I will leave on that date! No sooner! There was NO WRITTEN NOTICE GIVEN TO ME! Which makes his VERBAL ABUSIVE THREATS NOT LEGAL! Any aggressive behavior by a manager or any employee of a business is NOT TOLERATED, ESPECIALLY TO A SENIOR CITIZEN WOMAN! ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR IS AGAINST THE LAW!!!!

My lease terminates on AUGUST 11, 2021. I WILL GLADLY LEAVE THIS FACILITY ON AUGUST 10, 2021!!!!! I DO NOT WANT ANY FURTHER HARASSMENT BY HIM OR ANY OTHER EMPLOYEE THAT WORKS THERE! OR- WE CAN TAKE IT TO COURT,. AND I WILL FILE CRIMINAL CHARGES ON THIS DISTRICT MANAGER! ANY HARASSMENT WHATSOEVER, LAW ENFORCEMENT WILL BE CALLED IMMEDIATELY!
