My complaint:

In March I became very ill due to mode that appeared on ceiling, coughing constantly every time having to go to storage to get online products out. When mentioned to Management, it was played down and that I was really the problem. Illegal and Unenforceable contract writing as submitted with out my knowledge about not pursuing lawsuit due to the illness without my knowledge and so was my signature added. The only thing I signed was the terns for a unit, not for any accident or issue at hand. One week later after leaving the location, after I had already moved to the new unit the contract with a different signature was sent to by email. Due to the forgy laws in N.C. and the under handed actions this management has caused, we will be leaving this location and have legal supervision already reviewing illegal contract additions added by a cube smart manager not a legal expert or lawyer barred by N.C.

Suggested solution:

We would ask the Corporate Office to reach out to us to review this in a more professional manner then the spiteful malicious endeavors we have had to put up with a manager who really wants to do realestate, and doesn't want to be there. We have been crucified over and over because we will not deal with the local mentality and seek to only deal with corporate office at this point, and their legal division. You have a employee who forged my signature to a contract, tried to simple in illegal and not enforceable information in that contract, Who also has done many other under handed tactics just even today when I called for a police report on missing items. This is very serious and why we need corporate to assist. As we bring this legal action, 7S395H7R284 as for any felony offense other than Class A felonies, a North Carolina court has to determine the convicted person's prior criminal record level. (All Class A felonies have a sentence of death, or life in prison with or without parole.)

Each prior conviction is worth a certain number of points. The court adds the points together from all prior convictions, and the sum determines the defendant's prior record level, which can be from I to VI. Someone with little or no prior criminal record will have a Level I record, while someone with an extensive criminal history will have a Level VI record. (N.C. Gen. Stat. § 15A-1340.14 (2019).)
