My complaint:
I was told I had a grace period to pay my monthly fee but they’re now charginge s late fee disclaiming a grace period
Suggested solution:
By their acknowledging they're telling me I had a grace period to pay and abiding it or I'll have to fila a lawsuit and take my business elsewhere!
